New OPTICALS Range from Cassius Eyewear

Cassius are the only sunglasses I wear nowadays. I have most of the range, they are so dope. When Kelis & I were in New Zealand (home of Cassius) in Feb doing a show we managed to nab a load more pairs. Yey! They are pretty much all amazing and people ask me where they are from all the time. Cassius new Specs..The 'Corbu'

I am a huge fan of everything Cassius, I wear their sunglassses almost every day without fail.
They just brought out their newest frame the Corbu, these come in a variety of colours and the classic look will go with everything.
Named after and influenced by the iconic designer Le Corbusier, there is an emphasis on a modern fit rather than excessive detail. They are made by the same craftsmen who make glasses for Linda Farrow, employing advanced production techniques- the Corbu are made from the highest quality acetate & hand polished lenses.

Check out my new Adidas Watch, I'm in love with it & I think I have one of the 1st in the world :) as they are not out yet. It is turquoise & green, with an 80's digital face. Adidas have a whole range of new 80s inspired neons and brights coming for summer. I'm officially addicted to them.
Also check out Clothing 4 Culture who do a range of 'LDN' T shirts, but with a twist, gone is the old school London and in is the 'Ldn' as coined by Dizzee Rascal, this over- sized one is a staple for gigs abroad, bringing the Ldn sounds...

Cassius Smashes it again with the AALTO, super- fly specs

Cassius® Eyewear pays homagé to noted Finnish architect and designer, Alvar Aalto the "Father of Modernism", with the release of AALTO. With a career spanning architecture, furniture design, glassware, and textiles, Aalto's work was an expression of purist International Style Modernism. You can see this reflected in these specs.
It's doing my head in though as I now want even more pairs of Cassius glasses, it has become a real obsession.
These beauties are in Black, Havana and Moss, only 300 pieces per color will be available from selected international Cassius® Eyewear stockists from October 2009.

THIS IS THE FIRST RELEASE: The 'LAUTNER'

'Christened after influential America architect John Lautner, and his prominent work in Southern California, Cassius® Eyewear has released the LAUTNER; an editorial-worthy homagé to his dramatic and photogenic spaces–all of which are regularly exploited in films, notably the Palm Springs Elrod residence in James Bond's 1971 "Diamonds are Forever'.

Cassius® sunglasses are so comfortable, and amazing quality and I am so happy that Jason's range is doing well. Here I am in some of my Cassius shades- super fly for a STATE OF PLAY Magazine shoot. More about that coming soon in the next issue of State Of Play Magazine.

These are my current favourites the Niemeyer.

They have also been worn by Kanye (he also blogged about them- yes we know he is a knob at times, but Im glad he is supporting CASSIUS), Rihanna, Lady GG, Kelis, Estelle and others. There are only 300 pieces per color of the LAUTNER- so Im hoping to bag mine early!
