Lust Have Item- The Asos Parrot Dress

I love a parrot, they are gorgeous creatures (but then again I pretty much like all animals, bees, squirrels, monkeys, cats, dogs, horses- get the gist?)
I have parrot clothing and jewellery which I adore. There is something totally bonkers about them, which is why I appreciate this dress.
