FASHBASHSOUNDCLASH debut Summer party last week went off with a bang. Wale and I held it on the roof at Shoreditch House, East London in conjunction with Dom from Manhattan Mondays. The party started with drinks and pizza in the garden and a live performance from 12 Tone a brass band who tore it up with their sounds of funk and soul on Tuba (!!) sax, drums and trumpet. Truly a treat.Then the wonderful Fashbash DJ's took to the decks to bun down tha dance. Thanks to DJ SIX3, Nimble Fingerz, Cooks, Shock & Awe.
Then we- The Beatnik Soundsystem (Statis and me:) did a live DJ set with performances from Lingo Scott, Zest & XOMAN- true talent and future legends....get to know their music peeps!
Big up everyone who came- we are honoured to have the best crowd and party people in London.
