My Summer has consisted of alot of great days out, some gigs and trips away, alot of sunbathing, eating good food, swimming and visiting interesting places :)On one of our rare hot summer days I went to see my best friend who lives in a 15th Century cottage near Whistable. She is an artist & craftmaker whose glass pieces are super- cute and are stocked all over the south coast from Brighton to Rye.
If you have never been to Whistable, it is definately worth a day trip. It's only 60 miles from London and is so charming. On a hot day in there is nothing better than walks along the beach, some fish & chips & a pint of coca-cola in the pub :)
