I love Nikita, its designed by a super-dope chick for other super-fly chicks and the brand support strong women who surf, snowboard and one that DJ's! :) this morning I woke up to a delivery of 1 of 15 bespoke Nikita headphones in the world. Rock The Belles Last Friday....Shoreditch, London.

Last Friday I span at the monthly night for Lady DJ's & performers 'Rock The Belles' at East Village, Shoreditch. It was a fun night with music spanning all genres of dance. Big up all the other chicks involved, my favourite being Dj Steffie

When I was a kid I thought John Taylor from Duran Duran was the hottest thing in leather trousers, apart from Big Daddy Kane- my other crush. Last night when Kelis told me she was about to go on stage to duet with the Duran boys, the first thing I asked her was 'Is John still Fitters' :)

I loved Esser's first single 'Headlock' I played it all the time in my sets. His lyrics were brilliant and so London. Here he is on Mumdance's record 'Dont Forget Me Now' which I think has been used by Skins in the US? Im not sure I dont watch Skins lol

I woke up to news on the huge earthquake in Japan

I woke up this morning after crazy dreams and a bad nights sleep to hideous news on the huge earthquake in Japan & lots of people sending their prayers to the people there on Twitter. Here's my take. Prayers are all good after the fact, it is human nature to reach out for something of a higher power to help in times of disaster, but maybe we should all take steps to curb our emmisions worldwide and try to halt global warming. Otherwsie earthquakes & tsunami's & droughts & floods are going to continue more frequently and get much much worse.

Kelis Show, Splore Festival, Auckland New Zealand.

 New Zealand is one of my favourite places. I have some good friends there so I was so happy that we had a show there last month. Kelis smacked it as usual when we performed in a huge old beautiful hall in Auckland. Here we are in some footage doing 'Trick Me' along with some pictures from NZ & backstage.

I have lots of pictures of our travels on the Good Vibrations Tour in Australia. It was literally the most fun you could ever have on tour and then some! Here is a bit of footage I found on you- tube of us on stage and a few pics from backstage at the Sydney Show. Sydney by the way is one of the dopest cities in the World, amazing shopping, beautiful weather, koalas down the road & beaches.....we had so much fun on stage too, the crowds were fabulous. We also got a new drummer Tony Mitola from the brilliant disco unit The Swiss (more about them later)...
