London fashion Week...some of the shows so far

My favourite of these shows is the Ashish & Unique. The only thing that has let me down is the music, it seems to be so lame at all of these shows. Just re-hashing tunes that are quite old hat. I wish they had better people doing their show music and had some music tailored exactly to the mood and vision of the designer. Honestly-It kinda sucks..have a listen and see what you think.

FASHBASHSOUNDCLASH LFW Party in East London, Fri 18th September

My parties with Wale are always super- fun, this is the main ingredient that we wanted to bring back to Ldn when we started Fashbashsoundclash a year ago. This London Fashion Week we decided on our venue very late but settled on the City Arts & Music Project in East London as it had space to hang artwork for our exhibtion in conjuntion with State Of Play Magazine, an art & culture magazine based in East London. We wanted this Fashbash to be an amagamation of art, music & fashion and the crowd as always pulled off th fashion, we rocked the music and the artists work was fantastic.

The Theme for the Fashbashsoundclash London Fashion Week Party this Sept was 'It Came From London' based on our Beatnik track by the same name which Wale used for his last Bside collection (check out the new video & collection on my youtube page).


I did a piece myself which was hung along with around 15-20 other pieces by local London Artists.

State Of Play's new issue was also formed around this theme, titled 'The Other London' and artists were asked to contribute their interpretation of what London meant to them.
